Paid ads that are measured, not guessed
PPC (pay-per-click) advertising means paying to show ads on Google, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram and paying when people engage. Done well, it is the fastest way to bring enquiries and sales. Done badly, "boosting" posts and broad campaigns spend money without results.
This course teaches the full process: the right campaign type for the goal, account structure, targeting, ad copy and creative, conversion tracking, and reading results to decide what to change. You work in real ad accounts and leave knowing why a campaign works, not only how to click "publish".
Good fit
- Marketing executives who manage ad budgets or work with agencies
- Business owners spending on Facebook boosts who want better results
- E-commerce sellers using Meta and Google for sales
- Freelancers who want to offer paid ads management
- SEO and social media professionals adding paid skills
What you need
- Comfort with computers and spreadsheets
- Your own laptop for every class
- A Gmail account and a Facebook account
- No ad spend is required. Optional small live tests (about USD 5–10) are discussed in class
After this course you will be able to…
- Choose the right campaign type and bidding strategy for a business goal
- Structure a Google Ads account with sensible campaigns and ad groups
- Research keywords, use match types and build negative keyword lists
- Write responsive search ads and use assets (sitelinks, callouts, calls)
- Set up Performance Max asset groups and audience signals
- Plan Meta campaigns for messages, leads, traffic and sales
- Build audiences: interests, custom audiences, lookalikes and retargeting
- Install conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager, GA4 and Meta Pixel
- Read search terms, auction insights and breakdowns to optimise
- Report cost per lead, ROAS and next steps to a client or manager

Running ads from Nepal
Advertisers in Nepal face practical issues that global courses skip. We cover them directly:
- Paying for Google and Meta ads: dollar cards, prepaid cards, and Google's official media sales representative in Nepal
- Setting budgets in USD and reporting costs in NPR
- Targeting Nepal, specific cities, or the Nepali diaspora abroad
- Ads in English and Nepali, and when Romanised Nepali works
- Following up leads fast on WhatsApp and Messenger
Using AI without losing control of the budget
- Generating headline and description variations, then filtering for policy and accuracy
- Drafting audience and keyword ideas from a website and competitor ads
- Producing image and short-video variations for testing
- Summarising performance data and spotting anomalies, then verifying in the platform
- Understanding Google's and Meta's own AI (smart bidding, Advantage+) and when to trust it
A complete campaign build, ready to launch
For a real business, you deliver a Google Search campaign and a Meta campaign with structure, keywords or audiences, ad copy and creatives, a tracking plan, a budget and a 30-day optimisation plan, then present it for review.
